Photo Update

This post is about my photos. A while ago I took a few photos and there are some I like a lot. Here's one of a butterfly I took, because the butterfly stood still for a long time, giving me a chance to snap a few photos before it flew away.

And here is a series of photos I have taken of some of our pets: Lou the dog, Benjy the rat, Blackie the silkie, and Kitty the cat. Click for better images.

A little while ago, we went to Stony Creek Reservoir, Victoria. I took a few nice photos then. Unfortunately we didn't catch any fish! :(

This is just a short post to show you some of my photos. I hope you enjoy my posts and I love to get feedback. Thanks for reading! :)

Meet My Rats.

A while ago, my dad got me two pet rats. It is better to get two, or you have to play with them more, they might get a bit lonely, and they would like a buddy to snuggle up to!
They are male rats. They are very young. I got them near the end of August, and they were nine weeks old. They were some of my eleventh birthday presents.
They are very, very cute, and they like to snuggle up to me. They have a cage with three stories. They love to have boxes to sleep in when it's cold, and I fill them with tissues or polyester. I put hay in their cage, and they can sleep on that too. Their names are Sammy and Benjy. Sammy is the lighter one; and Benjy is darker.
They eat all different things, and they don't care what they have, most of the time. I feed them rabbit pellets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
It is hard to get photos of them because they move around a lot. Rats can swim, but mine just don't like getting in water. They still play fight, even though rats normally stop when they are fairly young.
This is Sammy, drinking from his water bottle!

Just to give you an idea of what they do when you come outside…..

They like sitting up on my shoulder, too. They like chewing things, if you put them in their cage.
They are super cute! I took these photos today, but since I got the rats, they have grown a lot!
Thanks for reading! :)
